项目位置:东临澄浏中路、北至嘉戬公路、南临叶城路、西侧规划学校(复华完中)、东北侧临规划地铁站,规划使用面积27767m²。

【区域规划】

十四五规划嘉定新城扩区之后,马陆除了澄浏公路以东的生态保护区之外,全部都被纳入到了嘉定新城范围,段位一下子拉高了很多。
